The platform is not intended for, nor does it permit registration by, children under the age of 13. No user profiles may be created, accessed, or maintained by minors.

1.2 Guardian Authorization. As a parent or legal guardian, you are entirely responsible for the information, photographs, or athlete profile details that you choose to upload to the application regarding your dependent athletes. By uploading any data or imagery, you represent and warrant that you possess the sole legal authority to manage and share such data, and you grant TumbleTrust the limited right to host and transmit this information solely to facilitate communication within your designated Gym network.

2. Maryland HB 103 Compliant Limitation of Liability

2.2 Statutory Carve-Outs. NOTWITHSTANDING SECTION 2.1, AND IN COMPLIANCE WITH MARYLAND LAW, NOTHING IN THIS AGREEMENT SHALL OPERATE TO WAIVE, LIMIT, OR IMPAIR YOUR RIGHT TO SEEK STATUTORY DAMAGES, PUNITIVE DAMAGES, DECLARATORY RELIEF, OR INJUNCTIVE RELIEF WHERE SUCH REMEDIES ARE EXPLICITLY AUTHORIZED BY APPLICABLE CONSUMER PROTECTION LAWS AND CANNOT LAWFULLY BE LIMITED BY CONTRACT, INCLUDING UNDER MARYLAND CHAPTER 308 OF 2026 (HOUSE BILL 103).
